What's the difference between the LUMI Set and the TIMELESS GLOW Set?
The LUMI Set is a "Starter" set that has whitening and peeling effects. It is formulated to help in minimizing acne, pimple scars, melasma and other skin issues. You can use the LUMI Set continuously for a maximum for six months, then you should switch to the TIMELESS GLOW Set.
The TIMELESS GLOW Set is a "Maintenance" set. Its mild and gentle formulation makes it ideal for pregnant women, lactating moms, teens and people with sensitive skin. It doesn't have whitening or peeling components, so you can use the set for as long as you want.
Is the Daily Sun Mask from LUMI and TIMELESS GLOW set the same?
Yes, they are the same. Only the packaging is different.
When do I use the Aurum Essence?
To keep skin moisturized, use the Aurum Essence in the morning, after using the Glow Tonique and before putting on the Daily Sun Mask. No need to use it at night.
Can pregnant women use the LUMI Set?
We don't advise using the LUMI Set for pregnant women, as well as lactating moms, teens and those with sensitive skin. Instead, please use the specially formulated TIMELESS GLOW Set.
Can athletes, beach/field workers or people always exposed to the sun use DermBliss Sets?
When using any skincare product, it is best to avoid the sun as its harmful rays may cause unwanted skin reactions. We don't advise using the set for people who are exposed to the sun for long periods of time.
Can I use the DermBliss Sets even if I don't have skin issues?
Yes, you can use the TIMELESS GLOW Set as your skin maintenance set.
Are DermBliss Sets the same as other "rejuvenating sets"?
No. DermBliss Sets are for skin care and maintenance. Although the LUMI Set has whitening and peeling effects, its formulation is still mild enough that you can use it daily for six months.
Why is the TIMELESS GLOW Set, specifically the "GLOW Tonique", more expensive?
The GLOW Tonique has 9 active ingredients that were all carefully chosen for the best results. Rest assured it is packed with the best vitamins and essences that are beneficial to the skin.
At what age can teens use the set?
Because of its mild and gentle formula, the TIMELESS GLOW Set can be used by those as young as 13 year old.
Will I experience any stinging while using the DermBliss sets?
You should not feel any stinging, burning or pain while using DermBliss Sets. People who experience these usually have thinner skin that may have been caused by harsh products they've used in the past.
Are Glow Boost Soap & Glow Boost Lotion safe for pregnant women, lactating mothers, teens and those with sensitive skin?
Yes, the Glow Boost Set (Glow Boost Soap & Glow Boost Lotion) is safe for pregnant women, lactating mothers, teens and those with sensitive skin.
Even kids can use the Glow Boost soap and lotion. They are safe and gentle on the skin but the results are visible within weeks!
If I have acne prone AND sensitive skin, which DermBliss Set should I use?
To eliminate acne/pimples and even out the skin, we recommend using the LUMI Set. But if you are feeling tingling or itchiness because of hyper sensitive skin, then use the TIMELESS GLOW Set
Is it ok to mix the products of both LUMI and TIMELESS GLOW Sets?
It'll be better not to mix the products from both sets.
Keep in mind, the LUMI Set has whitening and peeling effects, and it must not be used for more than six months.
How do I order and pay for DermBliss products?
1. You can order directly from this site, and pay for your purchase through:
* Paypal. Use any valid credit/debit card. Choose Paypal > Pay With Debit or Credit Card
* BDO online transfer or over-the-counter deposit - make sure to email proof of payment to [email protected]
2. For COD and other payment options, order through our Shopee or Lazada.
How do I track my order?
1. For local/international shipping, we will send a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
2. For Shopee or Lazada orders, you can track the status directly in the site.
Do you offer same day delivery?
For Metro Manila, message us on our FB Page for same-day delivery via Lalamove. Payment should be done via BDO or Gcash.
We offer next-day delivery, but it will still depend on courier availability.
Do you have free shipping?
We may be able to offer free shipping for orders exceeding the required amount of purchase.
Why is my order taking too long to arrive?
Delivery to your doorstep depends on the courier. Keep in mind that delivery time is out of our control.
I bought the wrong product. Can I return it?
Returns should be within a week, and cost of shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.
Do you have a store?
We don't have a physical store yet. We are planning to have one in the future.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship overseas as long as buyer shoulders the shipping fee.
Can I get a free sample/freebie?
We don't offer free samples at the moment.
